unstable and tense work environment

The workplace felt extremely unstable from day to day. Policies and priorities changed constantly, making it difficult to know what was actually expected. Leadership rarely communicated clearly, and employees were often left dealing with problems without proper resources or direction. The atmosphere became very tense because everything revolved around deadlines and performance tracking rather than collaboration or improvement.
